RoomKeyPMS is a hotel management tool available as an integration option for Loop accounts. This configuration will notify Loop of check-in and check-out events and allow the admin to configure messages to be sent out to guests based on those events.
To configure the integration, the option must be enabled at the individual Location level within your account. Begin by navigating to "Facets > Locations" and then selecting the appropriate location in the provided list to enable RoomKeyPMS.

Within the individual Location page the "Enable RoomKey Integration" option needs to be selected.

When the integration is selected for the Location, navigate to "Tasks > Scheduled Tasks".

Within the Scheduled Tasks section, create a new task for the RoomKey integration to send invitation notices or another required automation to send to the guest.
