Navigate to your Loop account login page and select "Forgot Password" located under the login button.

Enter the email used to create your Loop account in the username or email field then select "SEND VERIFICATION EMAIL".

You will then receive a Loop branded email in your inbox including instructions on how to reset your password. Be sure to check your Spam folder if you do not see a password reset email from us!

If you DO NOT receive an email from Benbria with your password reset instructions please reach out to support@benbria.com and we will do our best to assist!

Follow the prompts and select the "Reset Password" link (this link is a one-time link).

You will be prompted to enter and confirm a new password, once complete select "SAVE NEW PASSWORD"

Once saved successfully you can navigate to your Loop login page and access your account with the newly set password!
