Overview

This release focuses on the addition of new features within Loop. These features include survey email distribution, ticket reminders, and ticket escalations. Additional product enhancements were implemented to improve the overall user experience within Loop.

New Features

Survey Email Distribution

Loop 360 users can now distribute surveys over email to a specified list of contacts. This feature can be found in the distributions tab within a survey project.

Once the the email's content is designed, users will be directed to configure the distribution of their survey. First, one must upload a CSV file containing the list of contacts that they wish to distribute to.

After a contact list is uploaded, a new delivery can be created. This can be configured to be sent out immediately upon creation or at a specified future date.

Once created, deliveries will appear in a table of upcoming deliveries. Deliveries that have been successfully sent, will appear in a table of past deliveries with metrics showing their performance and reach.

Ticket Reminders

Loop 360 users can now configure reminders to be sent relative to their organization's service level agreement. From the service-level agreement settings page, one can create a new reminder that will send an email notification at a specified time.

When creating a reminder, email notifications can be configured to be send before, at, or after the breach of an SLA target.

Upon creation, reminders can be edited or deleted.

Ticket Escalations

Ticket escalations are a new feature in Loop 4.14 which will automatically reassign tickets under specified conditions. This feature exists in the service-level agreement settings page.

Similar to ticket reminders, escalations can be configured to be performed before, at, or after the breach of an SLA target.

Upon creation, escalations can be edited or deleted.

Product Enhancements

With Release 4.14 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability, resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
