Release 4.24 focused on the addition of new features to enhance the capabilities of Loop as well as user workflows. Contact tags were introduced to allow users to classify and organize audience members of their organization. The ability to copy Survey Project designs has been introduced in this release which will allow users to more efficiently set up surveys within their account. Additionally, rooms now support custom fields so that users can users can tailor them to their organizational needs. As always, bug fixes and product enhancements were implemented to improve the overall user experience within Loop.

In release 4.24 Contact Tags have been introduced to Loop 360. Contact Tags can be applied to any contact to help users organize and classify key members of their audience. Contact Tags can be configured from the Settings page in Loop.

Once configured, Contact Tags can be added to any contact in Loop from their Contact Profile.

Contact Tags will render in the contact details of conversations, tickets, and responses.

Users managing Survey Projects in Loop 360 now have the ability to copy the designs of existing surveys that have been previously configured. In a Survey Project, users can interact with a menu to the right of the screen which offers the ability to override the design of the survey.

Interacting with this option will present the user with a menu from which they can select a survey design to override the design of the current Survey Project.

New in Loop 360 is the ability to create custom fields for rooms. This will allow managers to better tailor rooms to their organization needs. Custom fields for rooms can be created in the Custom Fields Settings page.

Newly created fields will appear when configuring new and existing rooms.

In release 4.24, the presentation of Conversation Escalations has been improved significantly. Escalations that have been configured can now be filtered by the location that they correspond to. Users leveraging this feature will now be able to easily find specific escalations that they have configured.

With Release 4.24 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
