Overall

With Release 4.33, we are excited to introduce new features and enhancements designed to improve reporting capabilities as well as feedback collection methods. Dashboard Projects will now include new panel types and visualization options, allowing users to curate more powerful insights than ever before. Additional enhancements made to Multi-Survey Kiosk capabilities will allow users to more effectively capture meaningful and targeted feedback.

New Features

Stacked Graph Visualization

Stacked graphs can now be configured in Loop 360 Dashboard Projects. This type of visualization allows you to display multiple data sets in a single graph, making it easier to compare and analyze different metrics simultaneously. Any column chart panel in a Dashboard Project can be turned into a stacked graph from the panel's configuration settings.

Tile Heat Map Visualization

Heat Map panels in Loop 360 Dashboard Projects can now be visualized as tiles to offer a new method of communicating patterns and trends in your data. While Tile Heat Maps display one less dimension than our traditional Bubble Heat Maps, they offer a more concise and easily readable insights. Once a Heat Map panel is added, it can be toggled between "Tile" and "Bubble" display options from the panel's configuration settings.

Feature Enhancements

Enhanced Multi Survey Kiosk Support

As a part of this release, we have enhanced workflows that allow users to run multiple surveys on a single kiosk, thereby allowing the collection of feedback for multiple locations at a singular touchpoint. From the Kiosk Channel Settings in the Settings area of Loop 360, surveys and locations can be connected to one another using Multi-Survey Cards.

These Multi-Survey Cards will then be presented to the individual interacting with the kiosk as options from which they can choose.

Enhanced CES Reporting

Users of Loop 360 will now be able to add an improved CES (Customer Effort Score) panel intended to display insights generated from CES survey questions. This panel can be seamlessly added to a dashboard without any need for configuration so you can begin analyzing your results quickly and efficiently. To access this panel, interact with the "Add Panel" button from within a Dashboard Project. Upon clicking this button, select the CES Panel to add it to your dashboard.

Product Enhancements

With Release 4.33 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
