Released August 5th 2026

Overview

This release focuses on closing gaps in what you can see and act on. Feedback collection now extends beyond customers who booked to the prospects who did not, and to the distinct people involved in a single event. Ticket ownership can be corrected without losing history or distorting location metrics. Survey invitations become searchable, so per-location performance is easier to isolate. Underneath, a scheduled hardening cycle and further performance work keep the platform fast and secure as usage grows.

New Features

Tripleseat Lead Turned Down Trigger

Feedback programs are built almost entirely on customers who said yes. The prospects who went elsewhere are the ones holding the information you most need, and almost no one asks them.

Turned-down leads can now trigger a survey automatically. You find out whether you lost on price, availability, flexibility, or responsiveness, and you find out while the decision is still fresh. That turns lost business from an unexplained gap in the funnel into a specific, addressable pattern.

Tripleseat Primary and Secondary Contact Targeting

Event bookings usually involve more than one person, and they may not often share the same opinion. With this new capability, treating them as distinct recipients means you can ask each the right questions without attributing one person's feedback to the other.

Move Tickets Between Locations

Tickets can now be moved to the correct location with their history intact and their SLA re-measured against the receiving location's policy. Accountability lands where it belongs, location-level metrics stay trustworthy, and a preview means you are never guessing at the SLA consequences before you act.

Feature Enhancements

Survey Invitations Search and Filtering

New capabilities have been added to the Survey Invitations list to allow searching and filtering by location. Now it is easier than ever to quickly narrow down your list of invitations to uncover richer insights pertaining to your audience and per-location performance.

Product Enhancements

Security and Data Protection

This release includes a scheduled security and infrastructure hardening cycle covering encryption standards, authentication and session handling, integration flows, logging practices, and our build pipeline. This work is part of ongoing investment in maintaining Loop's security posture against evolving standards and supporting the security reviews our customers' organizations require.

Faster Project Pages

Project lists have been optimized further in this release cycle. When navigating projects in Loop, you should experience faster response times and a more seamless browsing experience.
