Boolean (Smiley's & Thumbs) question types prompt the respondent to select from two possible values, rating their experiences as either positive or negative. This question type requires little effort on the customer's behalf, allowing for quick and convenient collection of satisfaction feedback.

When creating the category, two different theme options are offered. The boolean question type can either be displayed using happy face and sad face icons, or thumbs up and thumbs down icons.

Team Members with reporting permissions will be able to see entered response as either a green checkmark (indicating a positive response) or a red X (indicating a negative response).
