Once your user account is created within Loop, they system will send an email to the email address associated with your user account. This email will allow you to set a password prior to logging in.
In the event that you need to change/update your password, navigate to app.blazeloop.com and enter your account name on the landing page. Your account name will be provided to you by your Implementation Specialist/Customer Success Manager during your onboarding.
Enter your current username and password when prompted and click "Log In".
Click on your user profile in the top right hand corner of the Inbox and click "Profile" from the dropdown.
Enter your current password into the “Current Password” field and input your new password into the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields then click “Update Password”.
Your user credentials have now been updated and moving forward, you will need to use the new password to log in to your account.
