Responses Page Overview

Loop Responses page will allow users in Loop 360 to view feedback across multiple locations and survey projects.

Responses page allows you to conveniently view all responses generated across their available survey projects. You are able to view all comments, survey question categories, and contact information within a filtered date range, location, or response source.

To access the Response Page, select the Responses icon in left navigation bar (1).

In your Responses page you can filter the date range and use the filter icon to filter the location, response source, and survey (2).

The three vertical bars (3) located on the right of the column header row will allow you to choose which columns you want as your user default settings.

You can also view the response details by selecting view button on the right side of the response (4)

If you see a conversation icon on the left side of the response, this means that the customer has started a conversation. You can select this and it will bring you to the specific conversation in the Loop Inbox.

NOTE: Response Page is limited to Loop Admin and Owner user roles and locations you are assigned to.
