In order to add guest profiles to Loop to make use of the Broadcast Messaging feature, the contact information must be imported to the system. This will be a manual process where a .csv file is exported from a Property Management System (PMS) and then manually uploaded into Loop. Depending on the version of PMS on a property, this .csv can also be automatically emailed for importing.

When a .csv file is first loaded into the Contact Import Wizard, each column within the file can be mapped to their respective contact fields within Loop. This mapping can be saved and used for future imports.

Once contacts are imported into Loop, they can be leveraged by the automated broadcast messaging engine which processes the contacts by segments.
