The text question type presents the customer with a field where they can submit a custom response of their choice. This allows for the collection of more detailed insights and opinions on specific areas of a service.

Information collected from a String question type results can be viewed from the Responses page in the Loop Inbox. Information can also be exported in order to build reports. Information on exporting results from Loop can be found in the following Knowledge Base article.
