Dashboard PNG Exports

Loop users now have more flexibility when presenting dashboards with the addition of PNG exports. Within any dashboard project, users can generate a PNG image of the entire dashboard which can be shared and presented easily.

This article will focus on how you can export Dashboard PNG through Custom Dashboards, Survey Projects, and Ticket Insights.

Exporting a Custom Dashboard to PNG

You will need to access the survey and associated Dashboard Project you wish to export as a PNG. In your Survey Project folder located in the Projects tab in the left side bar menu, select the Dashboard you intend to edit.

When you have located and opened your Dashboard, locate the PNG Export button, located next to the existing PDF export button.

Selecting this button will generate a PNG image that is automatically downloaded to your system through the browser.

Exporting a Survey Insight Dashboard to PNG

You will need to have access to the Project tab that you wish to export as a PNG. In your selected Survey Project, select the Insights sub tab to view the survey dashboard.

When you have located and opened your Dashboard, locate the PNG Export button, located next to the existing PDF export button.

Selecting this button will generate a PNG image that is automatically downloaded to your system through the browser.

Exporting Tickets Insight Summary Dashboard to PNG

You will need to have access to the Tickets Tab in the left side bar menu. When you open your ticket, the left side panel will show Ticket Insights.

When you have located and opened your Insights Summary dashboard, locate the PNG Export button, located next to the existing PDF export button.

Selecting this button will generate a PNG image that is automatically downloaded to your system through the browser.

If you do not see a PNG Export or PDF export button please reach out to your account administrator, only users given permission will have the option to interact with these buttons.
