Your Benbria Customer Success Manager will provide a draft email template that is preconfigured to distribute your survey.

Account Owners and Admin Users who have been granted access have the ability to edit the email distribution template.

To access the email distribution template navigate to and open the Project Folder or Survey you wish to edit and select the Distributions tab.

Be sure the Email distribution option is highlighted then click Modify Email Design.

The email template editor will open, select the specific area you wish to edit to view the formatting options available.

Once you have finished editing, be sure to select Save in the upper right-hand corner of the template editor.

**NOTE if you do not save or select anywhere outside of the template editor before saving your changes will not be applied and the design will revert to the previously saved version**
