Overall

Release 4.25.8 is a feature-focused released which offers greater functionality for service level agreement management and branding capabilities. Multiple SLA policy management brings the opportunity to significantly enhance ticketing workflows, while email design management and notification configuration allow users of Loop to represent their brands like never before.

New Features

Multiple SLA Policy Management

In Loop 360, users will now be able to configure multiple SLA (Service Level Agreements) policies to take effect at once. From the Service-Level Agreements tab of the Settings area, new policies can be created in addition to the account's default policy.

Custom SLA policies can be configured to be applied to tickets if specific conditions are met. Currently the following conditions can be configured:

  • Location

  • Location Type

  • Brand

Custom SLA policies can be reordered. The first policy that appears in the list will be the first match with tickets that fulfil its condition.

Brand Email Design Configuration

Users in Loop 360 can now create custom email designs by Brand. This can be performed from the Brand Email Design tab in the Settings area of Loop. Both manager-facing and customer-facing email designs can be created to be used for specific brands.

Notification Configuration

Loop 360 now offers the capability for users to change the wording and styling of notifications sent to managers and customers. This can be performed from the Notifications section of the Settings area in Loop.

Notifications can be created to be sent in place of the default set of notifications for the account. Different sets of notifications can be configured globally, by brand, and by location.

Product Enhancements

With Release 4.25.8 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
