Overall
With Release 4.36, we are happy to announce the addition of new features and enhancements aimed to improve the user experience in Loop. User Groups will become available for controlling the assignment of the multiple team members to a single ticket. Additional enhancements were made to survey categories with the intention of improving CSV exports of survey response data. Numerous product enhancements have been introduced across the Loop platform to enhance the overall user experience.
New Features
User Groups for Tickets
We're excited to announce that with Release 4.36, User Groups will be able to be directly assigned to tickets. This ability will streamline complaint resolution workflows by enabling groups to collaborate on resolving issues more efficiently. Now, when a ticket is created it can be assigned to either a specific team member or an entire user group, ensuring that right people are made aware of it.
Feature Enhancements
Survey Project Insights
As a part of this release, users managing Survey Projects now have the ability to control the panels which are shown within the insights tab. When designing a survey, a new option is now available for each question which will control whether an insights panel is produced for it. This will allows users to be more selective in curating insights for the items that they care about most.
Survey Category Export Ordering
Survey categories now support the ability to be given a specific order which will control where they appear in CSV exports generated for response data exports. Once assigned, this will prioritize the order in which the category appears as a column in CSV exports.
Survey Category Export Visibility
This release will see survey categories being enhanced even further as their presence in CSV exports can now be controlled. By clicking the visibility icon shown in the bottom left of the configuration dialogue, a category's visibility can be toggled on or off. Categories with their visibility turned off will not generate columns in CSV exports.
Product Enhancements
With Release 4.36 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
