Our integration with RoomKeyPMS has been enhanced to better support pre-arrival guest communication workflows. Various additional feature and product enhancements have been introduced across the Loop platform to enhance the overall user experience.

Survey Invitations are a new method of survey distribution that allow for the efficient and effective delivery of surveys via email. Survey Invitations are simple to design, requiring just a subject and message body to get started.

Survey Invitations can be customized according to your brand and personalized using placeholders, resulting in email communications that properly represent your organization.

Once sent, survey invitations can be tracked through their entire life cycle. View the status of an individual invitation as it progresses from being scheduled through to being opened and completed. Additionally, Survey Invitations allow you to gain insight into specific recipients to better understand how they interacted with your outgoing surveys.

We're excited to announce that Loop is now able to capture and store transactional data. With this update, you can automatically capture and retain details about your customers' purchase history. Thus enhancement provides greater visibility into customer activity and opens up new possibilities for in-depth reporting and data-driven insights.

Our existing integration with RoomKeyPMS has been enhanced to better support pre-arrival workflows. Now, guest details can be captured upon their initial reservation, allowing you to get in contact and ensure that their experience is the best it can be from the moment they arrive at the hotel.

With this release comes various enhancements to kiosk configuration abilities. More control has been added to the timers that appear due to kiosk inactivity and post-survey completion. These timers have now been made configurable to ensure a smooth survey taking experience for all respondents.
