Overall

Release 4.28 focused on further enhancing text analysis capabilities within Loop through the introduction of tags for survey responses. These tags can be used to classify responses based on key topics of interest. In addition to this feature comes numerous feature and product enhancements to improve the user experience within Loop.

New Features

Tags for Responses

Users of Loop 360 may now create tags that can be added to responses generated from surveys. Tags can be configured by administrative users in the Settings area of Loop 360.

Once configured, tags can be added to a response either manually or through the use of auto tagging capabilities within Loop. Tags can be added to a response manually when navigating to any individual response.

Alternatively, auto tagging can be used as a method of applying tags to both conversations and responses without any manual intervention. When configuring a tag, if the Enable Auto Tagging option is selected, a field will be presented in which keywords can be added. When a Comment question is included within a survey, and a respondent leaves an answer containing words that match the configured keywords, the tag will automatically be applied.

Tags are the valuable addition to the Loop platform as they introduce new forms of data exploration and reporting. Responses and Conversations can be filtered based on the presence or lack of tags. Additionally, new reporting dimensions have been made available to allow Dashboard curators to include rich and meaningful panels. The example below shows a panel which can been configured to show the total number of survey responses while being dimensioned by tags.

Feature Enhancements

Multi-line Text Survey Questions

Users designing surveys in Loop 360 will now be able to assign string categories to multi-line text questions. This change was implemented to allow survey respondents a better experience when answering survey questions which require a lengthy text input.

Product Enhancements

With Release 4.28 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
