In this release of the Loop Experience Platform, we are excited to announce new enhancements that were implemented to improve the platform's overall capabilities. This release was focused on improving Loop's integration with Tripleseat to offer users more context for making data-driven decisions as well as more flexible functionality. Additionally, several product enhancements have been introduced to improve the overall user experience in Loop.

With this release, additional details from Tripleseat events can now be viewed when a survey response is collected. When viewing the details of a response collected through a Tripleseat integration, new details are visible related to the event that the response was collected against. These details include:

Survey responses collected through a Tripleseat integration will now also display event transaction information. This will allow you to view the total amount that was spent along with the feedback you received, providing you with more context than ever before.

In an ongoing effort to improve the user experience in Loop, we have improved our new "Advanced" Tripleseat automation configuration experience to include more lead and event-based triggers. From this area, you can now configure Pre-Sale and Post-Sale workflow automations.

Survey Invitations have been enhanced such that cancelled invitations that have not yet met their scheduled date can be re-scheduled.

When building survey projects, managers in Loop now have the ability to assign a default value to location reference questions. This feature enhancement encourages flexibility when designing surveys while promoting a more convenient survey taking experience for survey respondents.

With Release 4.47 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
