In this release of the Loop Experience Platform, we are excited to announce new enhancements that were implemented to improve the platform's overall capabilities and user experience. New enhancements made to our Tripleseat integration will allow you to easily build survey distribution workflows with added support for Event Styles. Additionally, several product enhancements have been introduced to improve the overall user experience in Loop.

In this release, we have enhanced our Tripleseat integration to offer more flexibility when automating survey distribution. Now you can more easily choose which survey will be sent for pre-event and post-event workflows while having more control over the conditions under which this distribution occurs.

Another enhancement made to Loop's integration with Tripleseat is new support for Event Styles. You can now trigger survey distributions based on Event Styles in Tripleseat.

This added condition will allow you to fine-tune when surveys are sent, ensuring more relevant and timely feedback based on the type of event.
