With Release 4.40, we are excited to announce the addition of new features and enhancements aimed to improve the user experience in Loop. Our Live Translate feature has been taken further to now consider survey response comments. Additionally, Survey Invitations have been enhanced such that they can now be designed more easily using either a Simple Template or Advanced Template for email distribution. Various additional feature and product enhancements have been introduced across the Loop platform to enhance the overall user experience.

In Loop Version 4.40, we're taking our Live Translate feature even further to include survey response comments, making it easier than ever to understand feedback from any respondent. Now, comments on responses can be automatically translated into your preferred language in real time, ensuring you're never left guessing when reviewing multilingual feedback.

Additionally, translated comments will appear in CSV exports of survey responses. When you export response data, both the original and translated comments will appear in the CSV file. This makes it easier to analyze, share, and collaborate on multilingual feedback.

Setting up Live Translate is simple. Just turn on the feature for the Survey Projects of your choice and response comments will get passively translated in real time as they are submitted. Live Translate is currently available for enterprise customers.

Users who wish to distribute surveys by email now have the ability to design Survey Invitations using a Simple Template or an Advanced Template. Simple Templates are perfect for users who wish to distribute their surveys efficiently with simple branding and messaging.

Advanced Templates offers more flexibility and control over the design of the email that contains your Survey Invitation. Make use of a fully featured email editor to see complex designs come to life.
