In this release of the Loop Experience Platform, we are excited to announce the launch of Loop EXM, which will enable you to curate employee experience management workflows directly from within Loop. In addition to this, Action Plans have been added to Loop CXM and Loop EXM, allowing you to take internal action on on critical areas of your organization. Our Tripleseat integration has been enhanced further to allow the collection of feedback for Event Managers. Additionally, several product enhancements have been introduced to improve the overall user experience in Loop.

New Features

Employee Experience Surveys and Dashboard

We're exciting to be launching our new product experience Loop EXM with the addition of Employee Experience Survey Projects. You can now create, manage, and launch Employee Experience Survey Projects directly from within Loop. Similar to our existing Customer Experience Surveys, Employee Experience Surveys can be distributed over a variety of channels from anonymous links to targeted email invitations and more. The addition of this feature will allow you to collect structured feedback, gain deeper insights, and take action on areas that matter most to the employees of your organization.

Employee Experience Dashboards have been added to Loop to allow you to analyze large volumes of Employee Experience data at once. Similar to Customer Experience Dashboards, this new project type will allow you to create fully customizable dashboards to effectively transform large Employee Experience datasets into beautiful and comprehensive insights.

Employee Management

Employees can now be managed directly within Loop to support Employee Experience feedback initiatives. Our new Employee Management page will allow you to create and manage employees in Loop and organize them into lists to facilitate convenient survey distribution workflows.

Action Plans

Action Plans have been introduced for both Customer Experience Survey Projects and Employee Experience Survey Projects to to help you turn feedback into action. Action Plans are created based on a category that requires attention and consists of individual actionable tasks that can be assigned to users in your organization. Track completion and impact, ensuring that insights from surveys translate into real-world improvements.

Feature Enhancements

Tripleseat Event Manager Feedback

Our integration with Tripleseat has been enhanced further to support the distribution of surveys to event managers within Tripleseat. When creating automated post-sale and post-event workflows, you can now choose to send surveys to event managers in addition to contacts.

Survey Response Notifications - Tripleseat Event Details

Notifications that are generated from survey responses which are relevant to Tripleseat events will now include event details, allowing you gain more context at a glance when reviewing feedback.

Product Enhancements

With Release 4.48 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
