With Release 4.34, we are happy to announce the addition of new features and enhancements aimed to improve the user experience in Loop. Feature additions include a new question type that can be accessed from Loop 360 Survey Projects as well as a new complementary dashboard panel. Additionally, the Location Reference question type has been enhanced to support better filtering based on location groups and location types.

Users of Loop 360 will now be able to add a new custom rating question type to their surveys to facilitate the collection of deeper insights from customers. With this feature, users will be able to define a custom rating scales (e.g. 1-5 stars, 1-10, etc.) to better align with specific feedback needs.

In order to effectively report on this new question type, a new custom panel type has been introduced. This panel concisely summarizes the response data for this question type across Survey Projects.

Users designing Survey Projects in Loop 360 can now more easily support survey initiatives which span multiple locations. When adding a location reference question to a survey, the list of location that appears can now be filtered by location group or location type. This addition will streamline and improve the efficiency of survey designing workflows.

With Release 4.34 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
