In this release of the Loop Experience Platform, we've focused on bridging the gap between feedback and operational action. By introducing powerful new automated workflows with Tripleseat, expanding our Dashboard reporting capabilities, and giving you more control over your data exports, we are making it easier than ever to turn insights into impact.
New Features
Tripleseat Tasks Survey Action
We are excited to be releasing a new Survey Action type which will bridge the gap between customer feedback and operational execution. Within a Loop Survey Project that is being used in an integrated workflow with Tripleseat, a new Survey Action will automatically trigger the creation of a task in Tripleseat based on configurable survey response conditions. Simply define your criteria when setting up the Survey Action, and when a respondent meets those conditions a task will be instantly generated in Tripleseat for your team to follow up on.
New Dashboard Measures and Dimensions
We've expanded the capabilities of our dashboards by providing new measures and dimensions, enabling you to uncover more data trends and opportunities for operational efficiency. Two new dimensions were added:
Calendar Quarter: Break down your data by quarters of the calendar year
Calendar Semester: Break down your data by seasonal semesters (Summer, Fall, Winter)
In addition to these dimensions, new measures were added to show the number of days since a customer has interacted with your organization, thereby offering new engagement insights. These measures include:
Days since last response
Days since last conversation
Days since last ticket
Last response date
Last conversation date
Last ticket date
Feature Enhancements
Ticket Export Configurable Columns
We've added the ability to customize the columns that will appear when exporting ticket data to a CSV file. This enhancement ensures that you have complete control over the file that will ultimately be produced, preventing the need for tiresome post-processing activities.
Email Distribution Variables
A new placeholder variable has been added for use when reaching out to customers via Survey Invitation. This variable allows you to address customers by their first name only.
Product Enhancements
With Release 4.49 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability, resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
