The Loop-Tripleseat integration allows you to craft personalized email communications through Tripleseat to collect attendee feedback at any part of the event journey (pre-event, during the event and post-event). This type of feedback can include:

  • Measuring satisfaction via CSAT surveys such as food, service, entertainment etc. during-event and/or post-event.
  • Measuring loyalty via NPS surveys by location post-event.
  • Collecting comments or suggestions.
  • Follow-ups with detractors via the Loop Inbox.

Defining URL Parameters

Feedback is collected through a customized URL that is personalized for each guest and included in the message generated by Tripleseat (note that if a guest has provided both email and SMS information, email will be prioritized as the guest engagement mechanism through Tripleseat).
These URLs contain embedded data that identify various aspects of the guest and event. Data is embedded through the use of URL Parameters, some of which are inherent to Loop (standard) and some which are custom. Custom URL parameters will need to be created as Custom Fields within Loop during the initial stages of the Loop-Tripleseat integration.

Example URL

The URL that guests receive will be generated based on the following:

  1. Your Loop account URL
  2. Custom and Standard Loop fields that will be added as objects

For example, let us look at a Loop customer with https://customerX.blazeloop.com as their account URL. They would like to contact a guest to collect their feedback post event. The guest's details are as follows:

As such, the custom URL generated by Tripleseat will be as follows:

Guest Workflow

Once the custom fields have been created and the integration is complete, each guest will receive a unique survey link when a message is sent through Tripleseat. 

Clicking on the link in the email will take them to the survey which they can complete. (For more information on creating an email through Tripleseat, please refer to our article How Tripleseat Integration Works)

Responses submitted by the guest are recorded in the Loop inbox with guest information shown in the right panel along with the event URL.
