Once your user account is created within Loop, your Implementation Specialist/Customer Success Manager will provide you with you username and temporary password to access the account. Upon logging in for the first time, it is highly advisable that you change your password to something you remember to ensure your user credentials are secure.
To change your password, navigate to your account link (the URL for this account link will be provided by your Implementation Specialist/Customer Success Manager). Log in to your account using the username and temporary password provided.
Click "Manager Inbox" on the screen once you are logged in
Click on your user name in the top right hand corner of the screen
Click "Profile" from the dropdown menu
Enter your temporary password into the “Current Password” field and input your new password into the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields then click “Update Password”
Your user credentials have now been updated and moving forward, you will need to use the new password to log in to your account.
