Image Upload Question Type
Loop 360 users can now allow survey respondents to upload images directly into their survey responses. This feature is only available on Web, Email, and QR/Link channels.
This question type can be found under the Design tab of a Survey Project.
When prompted, users can upload images by dragging and dropping them or selecting them directly from their device library.
Images uploaded are listed in the Responses tab of a survey project, users with permission can view images directly by selecting the specific response.
The image will also be available in an individual Ticket through the Source Information Panel and in the Inbox conversation message view (where applicable).
**Note: We currently support JPEG and PNG files to be uploaded**
