Loop AI Assisted Tools helps to simply your workflows by having AI offer a summary of a conversation or ticket had between staff and the customer. As well, the ability to assist in conversation writing to a customer or staff member. Key AI features included in Loop are:

These features are available in the Inbox and can be used in any conversation by interacting with a newly added icon.

When you select the Summarize Conversation, it will provide you a 5 bullet point summary of the interaction between staff and customer.

Ticket Summary is also available for complaint management as a ticket note. In the Public comment of the ticket messenger view, select the summarize conversation.

Additionally, this icon will appear upon closing a ticket, allowing managers to conveniently enhance their ticket's closing note.

Before sending a message, users can use this feature to alter the message to read friendlier or more professional. Selecting this option will allow AI to rewrite any text that is written within the comment box before sending.
