Only Loop account Owners can re-sync their Loop account Tripleseat integration.
If you suspect your Tripleseat integration needs to be re-synced and you are not an account owner contact your Loop account owner or reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist.
When to Re-Sync Tripleseat
There are two main reasons your Tripleseat may require a re-sync:
Additional event types have been created in the Tripleseat Account.
Additional locations have been added to the Tripleseat.
Any time you add event types or locations to your Tripleseat account you will need to re-sync the Loop Integration.
Access the Tripleseat Distribution Settings
To access the Tripleseat Distribution In Loop, navigate to the Settings (1) tab in the Left sidebar. Scroll down to the Integrations section and select Tripleseat (2).
In your Tripleseat Account under Settings (1), locate the Resources section and select Tripleseat API Webhooks (2).
Locate the Tripleseat Public API Key and copy the string of code
Paste your Tripleseat Public API Key into the Loop Triplease Settings Public API Key input and select Sync.
If done correctly you will see the missing event types or locations appear under each distribution menu type.
Select the Event timing in which you want your survey to be distributed. For additional distribution configuration information see the following Help Center article.
