Loop account Owners can update their automated distribution timing and event type triggers.

Access the Tripleseat Distribution Settings
To access the Tripleseat Distribution In Loop, navigate to the Settings (1) tab in the Left sidebar. Scroll down to the Integrations section and select Tripleseat (2).
If your Tripleseat integration was previously synced you will see five Distribution Menus (3) listed.
To access the specific event type distribution configuration, expand the respective menu by selecting the chevron icon to the right of the event type(s) you are using.

Configuring Your Tripleseat Distribution
There are two ways to configure your account distribution timing. This can be based on Event Type or Location.
Event Type Distribution
Automatically distribute a survey based on the event type selected, the event types listed in Loop should align with the event types that exist in your Tripleseat.
If you DO NOT see the Tripleseat event types listed or have created additional event types since your account configuration was completed the Loop + Tripleseat integration will require a re-sync; see the following Help Center article for instructions.
For each Event Type (1) you wish to collect feedback for, select a Survey (2) from the options available then set the Delivery(3) timing for distribution; hours after the event date and time have surpassed.
You can also configure your account to send the survey when No Event Type is selected in Tripleseat. This will distribute a survey to any event that has been created and set as definite in Tripleseat.
Be sure to toggle the event type set for distribution to Active and select Save.
Your automatic event type distribution is now live!
Location Distribution
Automatically distribute a survey based on the location selected, the locations listed in Loop should align with the locations that exist in your Tripleseat.
If you DO NOT see the Tripleseat location listed or have created additional locations since your account configuration was completed the Loop + Tripleseat integration will require a re-sync; see the following Help Center article for instructions.
For each Location (1) you wish to collect feedback for, select a Survey (2) from the options available then set the Delivery(3) timing for distribution; hours after the event date and time have surpassed.
Be sure to toggle the location set for distribution to Active and select Save.
Next, expand the Location Mapping menu and assign the respective survey to all locations listed you wish to distribute your survey.
Your automatic location based distribution is now live!
