The five stars question type prompts the customer to rate an aspect of the service through selecting up to five stars. This is a quick and simple way for customers to give valuable feedback on an aspect of their experience.
The service provider will see this feedback represented as a number from 1 to 5.
Five Star question type reports will be displayed based on the average submitted response. If a Five Star report lists a response as being a 4 for example this would indicate that out of all responses submitted the average response would be a 4/5 stars.
