The Email Invitations page includes a set of filter controls that let you narrow the invitations list to exactly the records you need. You can search by recipient name or email address, filter by location, filter by invitation status, and restrict the view to a specific date range. All four controls work independently and can be combined to create a precise view of your data.
The Filter Bar
The filter bar sits directly above the invitations table and contains four controls: Filter by Date, Search name or email, All locations, and Status. When no filters are active, the table shows all invitations across all locations, all statuses, and all time periods. The stat tiles at the top of the page (Scheduled, Sent, Delivered, Failed, Cancelled, Opened, Clicked, Completed) update dynamically as you apply filters, reflecting the counts that match your current selection.

Searching by Name or Email
Click the Search name or email field and type any part of a recipient's name or email address. The list updates as you type, and the stat tiles recalculate to reflect only the matching invitations. This is the fastest way to look up all invitations sent to a specific person or to confirm whether a particular address has received a survey.
To clear the search, click the × icon that appears inside the field, or delete the text you entered.

Filtering by Location
Click the All locations dropdown to filter the list to one or more specific locations. The dropdown lists every location in your Loop account. Select a location to narrow the table to invitations associated with that location's events or check boxes across multiple locations to view them together.

Once a location is selected, the dropdown label updates to show the active selection and an × button appears to remove it. The stat tiles and table both update immediately. If no invitations exist for the selected location, the table will show a "No results found" message and all stat tile counts will read zero.

Filtering by Status
Click the Status dropdown to filter the list by invitation lifecycle stage. The available statuses are: Scheduled, Sent, Delivered, Failed, Cancelled, Opened, Clicked, and Completed. Select a status to view only the invitations currently in that stage.

After selecting a status, the label in the dropdown updates to show the active filter and an × button appears to clear it. The table immediately shows only invitations matching that status, and the stat tiles update to reflect the filtered set. To switch to a different status, open the dropdown again and select a new option — the previous selection is replaced.

Filtering by Date
Click the Filter by Date field to restrict the list to invitations created within a specific time period. A date picker will appear, allowing you to select a start date, an end date, or both. Invitations outside the selected range are hidden from the table and excluded from the stat tile counts.
This filter is useful when you need to review activity from a particular campaign period or troubleshoot delivery issues that occurred on a specific day.
Combining Filters
All four filters can be active simultaneously. For example, you could filter to a specific location, apply the Delivered status, and search by a recipient name to pinpoint exactly one set of records. The stat tiles always reflect the combined result of all active filters.
To reset the view, clear each active filter individually by clicking its × button, or reload the page to return all filters to their default state.
Tip: Clicking a stat tile directly — for example, the Opened tile — applies the corresponding Status filter automatically, giving you a quick shortcut to any lifecycle stage without opening the Status dropdown.
