The Responses page shows every open-text comment collected from your surveys, in real time. Use the search bar to instantly find responses containing specific words or phrases, and the additional controls to narrow results by date range and other criteria.
Accessing the Responses page
Log in to Loop.
In the left navigation menu, click Responses.
The page loads with the most recent responses at the top.
Searching responses
On the Responses page, click into the Search responses field at the top right.
Start typing a word or phrase from the comment you're looking for. Results filter live as you type — you don't need to press Enter.
Once a match is found, the results are automatically sorted by Most relevant and the list narrows to matching responses only.
Click the X in the search field to clear your search and return to the full list.
Search matches text anywhere in the response comment. Similar search features are available in individual survey projects.
