Loop Inbox Live Translations allow conversations from both customers and managers to be translated to a language of choice. As of now Loop supports 3 languages to be translated to/from: English, French and Spanish.
General Settings
Inbox Live Translation is a feature that can be enabled by owners (super admins) by going to Settings (1) -> Inbox Settings -> General (2) -> Enable Live Translation (3). It is important to inform our Customer Success team which language would you like the translations to be set to prior to enabling the feature.
Inbox Conversation Overview
Each conversation in inbox would have 2 new controls: a checkbox to enable/disabled translations and a button to retroactively translate the conversation at hand.(1)
When a translation is required, user can checkmark the option for live translation and see the updated version. there would also be an option to see original response if needed.(2)
