Ticket comments and notes can be automatically translated into the preferred language in real time, ensuring accurate transcriptions when reviewing multilingual customer feedback and internal communication.
Enabling Live Translate
Live translation is enabled for all tickets and is based on the account language and translated language settings. Please reach out to our customer success team enable live translate for your account and specify the language you would like the tickets to be translated to, currently supported options are: French, Spanish, English. Live Translate will be enabled and all incoming tickets would be translated.
Live Translate Process
Open a ticket and click on the Show/Hide Translations to have all the comments and notes translated. (1) Each comment/note will have a separate Show Original button to view the original input.
If the option is not presented or you want to translate tickets submitted prior to the feature being enabled click on the button on the top right corner and refresh the page (2)
