In this latest release of the Loop Experience Platform, new enhancements have been introduced to support our brand new Topic Analysis feature. Users will now have access to an overall sentiment score per topic as well as powerful drilldown capabilities making it easier to track the performance of key topics across business areas than ever before. In addition to these features, several product enhancements have been introduced to improve the overall user experience in Loop.

Our Topic Analysis (BETA) feature has been enhanced such that Topic Analysis Dashboard Panels now include a new Sentiment Score column. This score provides a numerical representation of the overall sentiment of each topic, making it easier to assess and compare sentiment trends across topics. The Sentiment Score adds a clear, quantitative layer to your analysis, helping you prioritize areas of focus more efficiently.

The Topic Analysis Dashboard Panel now includes a drilldown view that provides greater transparency into the analysis behind each topic. Users can now explore the individual comments that contributed to the sentiment analysis, along with the associated sentiment and relevance scores for each comment.

With Release 4.44 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
