Survey Action Plans

Action Plans have been introduced for both Customer Experience Survey Projects and Employee Experience Survey Projects to to help you turn feedback into action. Action Plans are created based on a category that requires attention and consists of individual actionable tasks that can be assigned to users in your organization. Track completion and impact, ensuring that insights from surveys translate into real-world improvements.

Action plans are only available for Professional and Enterprise plans for further information please reach out to our Customer Success Team: support@benbria.com.

General Steps

To access Action Plans open any survey project and look at the top ribbon, you will need to click on Action Plans option to access the main page. (Screenshot 1)

New Project Plan

To create a new project plan click on the "+ Create New Plan" button located on the top right corner of the page which will bring up a new view allowing you to enter the title and select the focus area (Focus area could be any survey question measurement). (Screenshot 2)

After clicking Save you will be automatically redirected to your new action plan with several options available to you. (Screenshot 3)

Next step would be adding a new Action Plan entry.

Add Action

Adding an action allows you to assign the specific task to an owner, setup a deadline provide a Title and a Description of the item.

To add a new action click on the + Add Action button located right under the title of your action plan, that will bring a new window asking you to fill up the details pertaining to the specific Action created. (Screenshot 4)

After clicking Save button your Action Plan will have a new Action in it with Title, Assigned Owner, Due Date and Description being displayed. (Screenshot 5)

The user assigned and the action plan owner can change the status of the Action by clicking on the Not Started button located on the action card. Available statuses are: Not Started, On Hold, In Progress, Completed and Cancelled.

Plan Details

A section located on the right side of the Action Plan would showcase Focus Area, also would allow you to change the status, similar to individual actions, assign an owner and specify a due date for the overall action plan. (Screenshot 6)
