After filling out all the details, click Create. Please note the action will only apply to newly collected feedback. If any feedback meets the requirements set, a new task will be created in Tripleseat. Depending on the survey type the task will be assigned accordingly:

  • Pre-sale: task is created for lead and assigned to the lead owner

  • Post-sale: task is created for the contact and is assigned to the contact owner

  • Pre-event: task is created for the contact and is assigned to the contact owner

  • Post-event: task is created for the contact is assigned to the contact owner

Please note that Loop only creates the tasks; they are not tracked internally and can only be viewed in Tripleseat. (Screenshot 4)
