SMS Survey Invitations is a new form of distribution enables clients to send surveys directly to respondents' mobile phones, helping boost engagement.
Requirements and Initial Setup
SMS Survey Invitations require a configured and connected Twilio account for number provisioning and setup, please do contact our customer success team for setup and enablement.
Configuration Steps
After a number has been assigned for SMS Survey Invitations next step would be to go to the survey project and select the distribution tab (1). Next step is to select SMS from the distribution options (2). Begin the template setup by pressing the Get Started Button (3).
A new window will pop-up allowing sms template configuration, placeholders for recipient name and a survey link can be inserted here.
After clicking save a new view will be showing allowing tracking of sms surveys being sent. It is also possible to enabled or disable the feature and edit the template on the given page.
Final note, please be aware that feature currently is limited for integrations and not as a standalone!
