Ticket Exports

Ticket Export allows you to download the data related to tickets in a csv format. The feature is versatile and allows you to specify the timeframe, columns and complete information on tickets.

General Steps

To access the Ticket Export feature, please ensure the user has been granted the appropriate permissions. These can be assigned by following this article.

  1. Navigate to the Settings page (1).

  2. Select the Data Export option (2).

  3. Click on the Tickets tab (3) to access the Ticket Export page.

You can specify a Date Range or select a Relative option providing you the pre-built options (24 hours, 7 days, Last Week etc.). Reporting Time Zone can be specified to get more accurate timing results. Basic Columns option would perform an export including all data columns for Tickets, if you would prefer to configure your own columns select Configurable Columns options.

Ticket Export Configurable Columns

To select Configurable Columns, click the option under Columns (located directly above the Export button). This will open a new view where you can select the specific details you would like to include in your export. The columns listed can be renamed and re-ordered based on your preference.

Receiving Your Report

After specifying the date range and selecting your columns, click Export. An email containing a download link will be sent to your inbox once the report is ready.

Important Note: Please ensure your network settings do not block downloads and verify that your Loop username matches the active email address you are currently using.
