Within the broadcast messaging workflow, segmentation and scheduling are used to craft messages that are tailored to guests based on where they are on their journey with you, starting with pre-arrival all the way to post-stay.
Broadcast messages can be sent on ad-hoc basis or set to go out on a recurring schedule. To understand how each broadcast message is performing, metrics are provided. These metrics include:

- Number of messages Delivered
- Number of messages Opened
- Number that clicked the Call To Action Button
- Number of Conversation Started
